Personalised Vial Storage Case
Choose a case, an insert, caps, or any combination. Each item has its own size, colour and quantity.
Items are selected separately. Add another item for a different size or colour. Custom measurements are reviewed before production.

Build a vial setup around your collection. Choose a personalised case, a custom insert, plain caps or flower caps. Each item can be ordered on its own, or combined in one request with its own size, colour and quantity.
Component prices
- Case only: RM45.90 each.
- Insert only: RM10.90 each.
- Plain or flower cap: RM2.20 per individual cap.
A case with one insert is RM56.80; add RM2.20 for each cap. Each component is selected and priced separately. Custom measurements and layouts are reviewed before we confirm the final quote and payment.
1. Personalise your case
- Add a name, initials or short text to the lid.
- Choose your preferred case, latch and lettering colours, subject to availability.
- Request a case size to suit your collection.
- Hinged lid and two front latches, as shown in the example design.
2. Customise the insert
- Choose the number of vial slots and their arrangement.
- Mix different vial sizes in one layout or use matching-size recesses.
- Choose an insert colour to match or contrast with the case.
The yellow example has 13 mixed-size recesses. Other sizes and slot counts can be designed after we check the measurements, space between slots and clearance under the closed lid.
3. Add matching vial caps
- Choose plain tops or a contrasting flower design.
- Request the cap size and quantity needed for each vial.
- Choose cap and flower colours, subject to availability.
Caps can be selected on their own or alongside a case and insert. Send a photo and measurements of the existing vial lid so we can confirm the fitting arrangement. Vial capacity in mL alone does not guarantee a compatible fit.
Send your specifications
For each vial size, provide the body diameter in millimetres, total height including its cap, and quantity. Include your preferred case size, insert layout, colours and exact lid wording. For caps, also provide the outside diameter and height of the existing lid, preferred design and quantity. A reference photo with a ruler or calliper reading helps us check the fit.
Each selected component is separate: a case does not automatically include an insert or caps. Add only the items you need and choose a quantity for each. We will confirm the complete configuration, available colours, price and production time before you place your custom order.

Fine layer lines and slight surface variation are part of the printed finish. The case is an organiser; waterproofing, insulation and impact-protection ratings are not specified. Cap sealing or sterile-use performance is not specified.
