1. About Halyvira

Halyvira is a small Malaysian studio. We sell made-to-order decorative pieces, collectibles and desk items through halyvira.net and our marketplace channels.

2. Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on halyvira.net you agree to these terms.

Made to order. Items are made after you order. Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch, plus delivery time.
Colours and finish. Small variations in colour, texture and finish are normal for made-to-order items and are not faults.
Customisation. Many items can be scaled or customised on request. A custom request may change the price and the lead time — we will confirm in writing before starting.
Design credits. Some of the designs we sell are used under Creative Commons licences. Those licences permit anyone to make and sell prints of the same design, and we credit each designer on the product page.
Prices. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and may change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, contact details and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers.

We use your details to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

AI-assisted chat. The chat on this website is powered by Shopify. When you use it, your messages and related order information are processed by Shopify's AI services so we can answer you, and may be used to improve those services. If you would rather speak to a person, ask for one and we will step in.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time using the contact details below.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is calculated at checkout by our courier partner, EasyParcel, from your destination and the weight of your parcel. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.

There is no free-delivery threshold — every order pays the live courier rate for its destination.

We ship within Malaysia and internationally. For international orders, any duties, taxes or customs charges are set by your country and are payable by you.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier and the destination. Tracking details are sent when your parcel leaves us.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Because every item is made to order we cannot accept returns for a change of mind — but tell us if something is not right and we will work it out with you.
