Products, prices and orders

Product descriptions, options and prices appear on the product pages. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before payment. Please check your selected product, quantity, personalisation details, delivery address and total before placing an order.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. You must be legally able to place an order and authorised to use the selected payment method. Use the payment methods available at checkout and keep your order confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or charge a different amount without your agreement. Where design approval is required, production begins after the necessary details and approval are received. Changes may not be possible once production starts.
